Conferencing
and Room Hire

The
Albemarle can offer flexible accommodation to meet all your training and conference needs. Our
comprehensive package includes room hire, full catering service, internet
access in all rooms, use of audio - visual equipment and office support,
including photocopier and fax.
The
Centre has been adapted for wheelchair users and the lift and
ramps provide easy access
throughout the building.

Eric
Towler Room
Double
doors lead from the Centre reception into the Eric Towler room.
It is a large, carpeted room with a television aerial socket and
power points. It will
accommodate up to 80 people theatre-style.

The
Loft
A
large, spacious room with ample power points, large projection screen and
staging. It can seat up
to 200 people and is located near the lift.
A hearing loop is fitted with a public address system.

A
quiet room, adjacent to the Loft. The
Conference room is carpeted and suitable for smaller gatherings, board
meetings, training sessions or seminars.
It could also be hired in conjunction with the Loft as a second
room if required, for break-out
workshops. It will
comfortably seat 20 people and has a hearing loop available

Room
A light bright room, adjacent to the
Childcare, and close to the toilet and kitchen area.
Suitable for meetings and training sessions up to 15 people with
tables set up in conference
style.

Somerset Room
A
quiet room, adjacent to the Conference Room on the first floor.
The Somerset Room is carpeted for smaller gatherings, board meetings,
seminars or training sessions. It
will comfortably seat 20—24 people around a table and also has a hearing
loop available.

Syndicate Room
A
comfortable and secluded room on the ground floor adjacent to the café
area. The room is
carpeted and suitable for smaller gatherings, board meetings etc, it will
comfortably seat 20 people.

Room
A newly decorated, bright
quiet room, off the half-landing of our rear staircase, which is ideal for
one-to-one meetings or interviews.
